Br. K.M.Cherian who is one of the elders of the zion Assembly, Mumbai has suffered a hear attack two days ago and is in the intensive care unit of the “Universal Heart Hospital” at Mumbai. Formerly working with GLS Mumbai and Oriental Printing Press at Bahrain, Br. Cherian is very active in Gospel outreach activities in Mumbai and its suburbs. Although in retirement, Br. Cherian spent most of his days distributing tracts and trying to reach the un-reached with the saving knowledge of the Gospel. Brother Cherian belongs to the Kunchachedathu family of Elanthoor and is the brother-in-law of Br. A. G. George, Doha - Qatar. His wife Mrs. Annamma Cherian and the children earnestly solicit the prayers of the saints for the quick recovery of our brother as his ministry in the slum areas of Mumbai is much needed. Glasgow: Bro. K V Abraham (Baby, 69) Kappamammoottil House, Kandenperoor , Ranny, Kerala went be with the Lord, on Saturday (01/09/2007) after a bypass surgery couple of days ago. He is the father of Mr.Samkutty, Glasgow. He is traveling to Kerala. Please pray for the grieving family members especially his wife (Kunjumool) to the Throne of Grace. Funeral will be at 10 am on 07th September 2007 in Kanddenperoor Salem Brethren assembly.
