End of the year conference
Dear Brethren,
Warm Christian greetings!
Brethren from the northwest of England are planning for an end of the year conference on Saturday 29th December 2007, God willing. The programs and the venue are not finalized yet. Present plans are for having a whole day meeting with various events from 9 am until 5 pm. We would very much appreciate the participation of saints from the rest of the country. Please try to make yourselves free on that day and come over for a time of friendship and fellowship. Let me know (by e-mail or phone) at your soonest if you are able to attend so that we can plan on the food and seating arrangements etc. Numbers expected are over 50.
If a good number of brethren are able to attend we have an opportunity for a brief general body meeting to discuss any future conference plans. Accounts of our last conference is now fully prepared. If all of you are in favour we could discuss the accounts at the same time. I would certainly appreciate your comments/suggestions on this matter.
