Event Description

We are delighted to announce that our next conference will take place from 22nd to 24th August 2025. This 3-day event aims to bring together Brethren across the UK and many parts of the world to renew the Christian friendship and fellowship. There will be encouraging messages based on the theme, music ministry, programs for the children and youth. Bicentenary celebrations of the Brethren Movement are also included in the event to remember and to remind our younger generation about the faithfulness of Lord to our believers in the last 200 years. Conference will conclude with Worship Meeting on Sunday. This event is held at the Royal Court Hotel & Resort, Coventry which is a beautiful countryside hotel is nestled just three miles from Coventry city centre in the Midlands, conveniently close to Birmingham International Airport and the M6 motorway, offering families a peaceful retreat from their busy lives

Event Agenda

The 9th UK Indian Brethren Conference will take place from 22-24 August 2025, at the Royal Court Hotel & Resort, Coventry. Following registration and room allotment on Friday morning, the event will open with introduction, theme presentation and music ministry followed by opening message. Afternoon will be spent with variety programmes presented by various gatherings across the UK. The day will finish with more music ministry and edifying messages by our speakers. On Saturday, programme will start with music ministry and message with variety of other programs included. Afternoon session is devoted celebration of 200years of Brethren Movement which includes keynote messages detailing the history of Brethren movement across the world and India, Brethren distinctives, Mission work across the world by Brethren missionaries and charitable institutions. The session will close with a missionary challenge to all Brethren attending. Evening will be blessed by more music ministry and messages from our speakers. Both Friday and Saturday, there will be special sessions for children and youth which are led by able leaders. Sunday morning, brethren will gather together for worship meeting after a relaxed breakfast. Following worship Brethren will have ample time for fellowship after the lunch before departing to their homes in safety.

More detailed programme schedule will be sent to all attendees prior to the conference.

Special Instructions

  • Interested brethren are requested to register early as the places are limited and the accommodation is allotted on a first come first serve basis. We have only a limited number of family rooms and they will be allocated to families who register first.
  • Registration will be confirmed only after the payment of initial deposit as detailed in the registration page.
  • Families who want to arrive on Thursday, 21st August can have the hotel accommodation and meal arrangements at an extra cost on request. Overnight accommodation can be arranged for brethren who would like to stay in the hotel for one more day after the conference.
  • Airport shuttle services can be arranged for international guests arriving to Birmingham international airport.
  • Conference material and welcome pack will be provided at the time of registration.
  • More detailed instructions specific to the event and special instructions will be send to all attendees nearer to the conference dates.
